What is your cancellation policy?         
                   
An email reminder will be sent to you 72 hrs prior to your appointment.  Its required that you reschedule or cancel  24 hours in advance by phone only. Cancellations by email or text messages will not be accepted!!    
     Failure to do so may result in  an automatic $25 fee for all last minute cancellations or no shows... NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 
               
    (Note: A credit/debit card will be required to hold your appointment.)


Do I still require a credit card to hold my appointment even though my massage is already paid for?

     Absolutely!! Even if you already paid for your massage or received a gift certificate a credit/debit card will be required to hold your appointment. It will not be charged what so ever. It is required to hold your appointment for cancellation policy purposes, which is why it is very important that you follow the policy and provide the 24 hr notice to avoid any charges. 


What type of payments do you accept?

      E.M.T. Massages accepts cash, personal checks, pay-pal, debit and major credit  cards such as Visa, Mastercard  Discover and American Express. E.M.T. Massages now accepts payments via Apply Pay and Venmo apps.   Gratuities are always optional and greatly appreciated.


 
Can I still make an appointment for a massage after experiencing an accident?
 
     That depends if you have any injuries caused from the impact of your accident & how serious they affect you.  Your muscles will be in a state of shock at that time & of course will experience extreme soreness after wards.  A massage will definitely help relieve the stress & help you relax better, however, you should first see your physician to get checked for any possible injuries/concussions, and ask for his/her approval for a massage. Usually you will be told to wait at least 3 - 4 days.   A physician's note will be requested  if its absolutely necessary for your safety & the safety of your massage therapist.
 

What's the farthest distance you can travel for your house call sessions?
 
     This is a question that gets asked quite a lot with my non house call clients.  I am willing to travel the majority of Northern California as far north as Rio Linda / Roseville / Antelope, as far west as  West Sacramento/ Woodland / Davis, as far south as Elk Grove /Galt / Wilton and as far east as Folsom/ El Dorado Hills.  Keep in mind that a travel fee of  $10 is included in the prices to cover the first 15 miles to all housecalls.   An additional $.75 per mile will apply beyond the mileage limitation regardless of destination.  No exceptions!!


 Do you offer spa services (facials, waxing, manicure/pedicures?)
 
     At this time I only offer massages. I am currently in the works of adding Esthetics services as well possibly build a small team of massage therapists and estheticians to provide more mobile services to our valuable clients. More details will be available soon. 


Do you offer services for Bridal/Spa Parties? 
      Yes I do offer massage for bridal parties or any type of spa party event.  A minimum three hours would be required to reserve your time for a discount rate.  Please call or send a submission form on the "contact us" page for more information or quotes or to make a reservation. A deposit will be required as security for the reservation.
